On January 11, 2018, under the warm sun of winter, there was laughter and joy in the School of Statistics and Management building, as 25 students from the 2015 Applied Statistics Master's program (Financial Investment and Risk Management direction) celebrated their graduation ceremony.
At 10 a.m., the School of Statistics and Management held a graduate student symposium in Conference Room 202. The attending students expressed their pride in the good achievements the school has made over the past few years and thanked the school for its strict requirements on students in their major, as well as for providing excellent faculty, which enabled them to learn a lot during their studies. Graduate representatives offered some suggestions for optimizing the course setting based on their experiences during internships and job-seeking processes. Some students also expressed their desire to pursue further studies. Teachers Zhuan Mei, Yan Jizang, and Zhang Na, who attended the meeting, listened carefully to the suggestions and feedback from the students. They also wished all the students a bright future after graduation, encouraging them to stay connected with their alma mater and to care for and help the younger students, while keeping an eye on the long-term development of the school.

At 12 PM, all graduates along with college leaders and representative teachers gathered at the college entrance to take graduation photos and commemorate the occasion. At 12:30 PM, the graduation ceremony was held in the first-floor auditorium of the School of Statistics and Management.
