The school currently has 59 full-time teachers, all of whom hold doctoral degrees, including 29 who obtained their doctoral degrees abroad. Among them, there are 18 with senior professional titles, 21 with associate senior titles, and 20 with intermediate titles. The average age of the teachers is 40.4 years. The school uses the establishment of an internationally top-notch statistics discipline as a benchmark and has recruited and trained a group of first-class faculty. From 2021 to the present, several teachers from the school have published (including accepted) more than 70 high-level papers in top international journals/conferences in statistics, economics, management science, artificial intelligence, and more.
