On November 20, 2024, a donation signing ceremony between the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Education Development Foundation and Shanghai Tensun Intelligent Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was held in Conference Room 1316 of the School of Statistics and Management. Attending the ceremony were Cai Quangen, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Tensun Intelligent Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Li Le, Director of Government and Enterprise Industry, Yan Song, Director of Customer Projects, Yang Hui, Party Secretary of the School of Statistics and Management at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Feng Xingdong, Dean, Wu Jiarui, Deputy Director of the School Cooperation and Development Office and Deputy Secretary-General of the Education Development Foundation, Guan Zhouhai, Executive Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of the School of Statistics and Management, Li Yuhai, Deputy Secretary-General, Zhou Fan, Director of the Master's Program Department, and Wang Yuqin, Party Organization Official. The ceremony was hosted by Yang Hui, Party Secretary of the School.

Secretary Yang Hui introduced the attending guests and leaders, expressed a warm welcome to the delegation from Shanghai Tian Shuzi Xin Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and thanked the alumni association of the college for their efforts in facilitating this donation.

Vice Chairman Cai Quangen introduced the development concept, planning, and status of Tensky Intelligent Chip to the guests at the conference. He expressed that as the company continues to grow, it will actively undertake corporate social responsibility, support the development of education, and is willing to engage in further cooperation with the academy to provide support for the future construction of the school's computing power center.

Cai Quangen, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Tianshu Zhixin Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and Wu Jiarui, Deputy Secretary-General of the School Education Development Foundation, jointly signed a donation agreement.

The Dean of the School of Statistics and Management, Feng Xingdong, presented the donation certificate to Vice Chairman Cai Quangen.
Deputy Director Wu Jiarui expressed heartfelt gratitude to Shanghai Tian Shu Intelligent Chip Semiconductor Co., Ltd. for its support in the school's computing power infrastructure. As the first donation of physical assets related to computing power received by the school's Education Development Foundation, she believes this is a good start and looks forward to continuing cooperation with Tian Shu to positively contribute to the construction of the school's computing power in the future.

Dean Feng Xingdong thanked TianShu ZhiXin for their support of the school and the college. This donation of physical computing power is of great significance for the college's teaching materials and discipline construction. The college will make full use of the computing power resources from this donation to promote better progress in the research of large statistical models, and hopes to further enhance the interaction between the school and enterprises through this cooperation.

The Executive Secretary of the Alumni Association, Guan Zhouhai, and the Deputy Secretary, Li Yuhai, stated that the Alumni Association will continue to follow up on the progress of cooperation between the two parties and promote additional donations when conditions permit. Tian Shizhi's industry director, Li Le, client project director, Yan Song, and deputy director of the college's professional master's program department, Zhou Fan, discussed aspects such as in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, equipment compatibility, and technical training.


Finally, Party Secretary Yang Hui expressed expectations for further cooperation between both parties, hoping to use this donation as a starting point to establish a long-term, stable cooperative relationship with Tianshu Zhixin, exploring joint development in more fields, and achieving more breakthroughs in digital construction, technology application, and talent cultivation.
