On June 2, 2017, the signing and awarding ceremony for the excellent talent source base between Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and the Affiliated High School of Henan University was held at the Affiliated High School of Henan University. Attending the signing and awarding ceremony were Sun Bing, Dean of the International Cultural Exchange Institute, Wang Ti, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Statistics and Management, Chen Huaihe, Vice Principal of the Affiliated High School of Henan University, the Academic Affairs Director, and over 200 teacher and student representatives from the Affiliated High School of Henan University.
Before the ceremony began, Chen Huaihe, the vice principal of Henan University Affiliated High School, detailed the school's history, the construction of the new campus, and the achievements made in recent years. He also expressed sincere gratitude to Shanghai University of Finance and Economics for designating Henan University Affiliated High School as an excellent talent source base. Principal Chen stated that in the future, they will take this excellent talent source base as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and cooperation with our university, deliver outstanding talents, and help Shanghai University of Finance and Economics become a world-class university.
Subsequently, Sun Bing, the dean of the International Cultural Exchange College, introduced the basic situation of our university, emphasized the significant importance of establishing a base for excellent student resources, and highly praised the achievements of Henan University Affiliated High School in recent years. Wang Ti, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Statistics and Management, introduced the development overview, faculty strength, student training, enrollment plans, and employment of graduates at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He sincerely thanked Henan University Affiliated High School for its long-term support of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, hoped to further strengthen cooperation in the future, and welcomed outstanding students to actively apply to Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
At the ceremony, Wang Tihe, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Statistics and Management, and Chen Huaihe, Vice Principal of the Affiliated High School of Henan University, represented both parties in signing the "Excellent Talent Source Base Agreement" and awarded the plaque of "Excellent Talent Source Base" to the Affiliated High School of Henan University.
