Time flies, time flies like a shuttle, and the friendship between our alma mater will last forever. On May 2, 2024, in the season of spring, alumni of the 1994 Yingtong Class of the School of Statistics and Management gathered on campus to celebrate their 30th anniversary of graduation and relive their campus years.

Yang Hui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Statistics and Management, warmly welcomed the alumni who came from afar and provided a detailed introduction to the development of the school in recent years. Secretary Yang introduced the achievements of the school in terms of its history, disciplinary development, faculty, and talent cultivation. In addition, she summarized the direction and goals of the school's talent cultivation from three dimensions: undergraduate students, master's degree in applied statistics, and integrated master's and doctoral studies. She interacted and exchanged ideas with the alumni, and answered their concerns one by one. Secretary Yang stated that the growth and development of his alma mater cannot be separated from the support and care of alumni, and he looks forward to alumni continuing to contribute to the development of the college.

At the symposium, alumni actively participated in exchanges, shared their learning and growth experiences, talked about their study and life during school and their work experiences after graduation, fully demonstrating their achievements and talents in different fields. In a warm atmosphere, everyone not only shared the bits and pieces of their campus time, but also delved into the turning points and gains of their lives, affirming the important role played by their alma mater's cultivation, education, and statistical literacy in their respective work processes.
After the symposium, alumni also visited the school history museum and business museum, reviewing the glorious history of their alma mater over the past century. Subsequently, alumni gathered at the school gate and together took a precious photo of this unforgettable moment.
