On April 27, 2021, Mr. Feng Jie, founder and CEO of Suzhou Ruilisi Technology Co., Ltd., brought us an industry forum with the theme of "New Software Development Driven by Artificial Intelligence and Big Data". Mr. Feng Jie graduated from Johns Hopkins University in the United States. Over the years, he has led the team to deeply cultivate the fields of big data, complex network technology, information security, and other fields. Taking the game pan entertainment and digital "the Belt and Road" as the industry orientation, he has actively industrialized scientific and technological achievements, with rich front-line IT series design, software development Saas、 Experience in big data product development and project management. The normalization of the epidemic has brought some changes to the office and project management methods of major companies. Remote work has brought about a series of problems such as low efficiency in employee collaborative work and project management. How to achieve efficient distributed work, efficient project management, and establish a more scientific management system has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this lecture, Teacher Feng Jie taught us about the development of new software driven by artificial intelligence and big data.
Firstly, Teacher Feng Jie introduced us to the significance of management. He believes that management is a discipline dedicated to pursuing the improvement of production efficiency, and in terms of improving production efficiency, employees' interests and hobbies are the primary productive forces. Teacher Feng restored the birth process of the first universal operating system to us, strongly proving that hobbies can bring innovative ideas and unexpected gains to people.
Next, Teacher Feng introduced us to the new distributed management software developed by his company - Xiema La. In fact, the outbreak of the epidemic has propelled the emergence of a new era, and people are even more unwilling to be bound and hope to work from home. How to gather employees and improve their productivity in a distributed management organization is an urgent issue that managers need to consider. Management is aimed at promoting the birth of new systems, new technological means bring new work systems, and Xiema La is a new type of code software talent full cycle management platform. The three core elements of software development are code, project, and talent. Existing SaaS platforms can only focus on one aspect of the core elements, and there is no platform that can link the three core elements of code management, project management, and performance management together for comprehensive management. By analyzing the massive daily behavioral data of employees, Xiema La fully characterizes their work and achieves intelligent and quantitative management of code, project, and talent.
The importance of software code repository quality is different from traditional industries and manufacturing. Software development languages are diverse, and development frameworks change rapidly. The success or failure of a software largely depends on the quality of the code repository.
