As a newcomer to university, I am very confused and unfamiliar with many new things I encounter, such as course selection, course arrangement, second course credits, and some difficult courses like mathematical analysis and advanced algebra. But fortunately, time will teach you a lot, so there's actually no need to worry. Regarding course selection, you can ask your senior students more often (there may be twice the result with half the effort); In terms of course arrangement, students can generally choose courses based on the credit plan arranged by the college. If there are specific arrangements for their junior and senior years, they can also take some courses that do not require prerequisite courses as a foundation in advance; As for the second course credits, we need to pay more attention to the college's official account and the school's official account. In fact, most people will overflow long in advance; When it comes to math courses, more time and energy may be needed. If you can't understand them in class, you can also refer to some excellent courses online. After class exercises and homework also need to be repeatedly trained. However, if you study seriously, you don't have to worry too much about the final results even if you encounter some difficulties during the exam process.
Overall, compared to high school, college is a completely new system where you will encounter many new people, things, and interpersonal relationships. You may also encounter many problems and troubles, but I believe that once you get through it, life will suddenly become clear; Even if you don't succeed, time will teach you how to shake hands and make peace with it.

Directly hanging cloud sails to sail across the vast sea
In my college life, various competitions may have made up a significant part of it. Unlike high school, there are many team competitions in college, which can help you meet many new friends and improve your teamwork skills. The feeling of working together with a group of people and achieving results is really satisfying.
The "Knowledge and Action Cup" social practice competition was my first social practice project, which had a profound impact on my future university life. I participated in this competition as the project team leader, and throughout the process, I needed to communicate with every classmate in the group to ensure the smooth progress of the project. This also gave me the opportunity to fully meet many new friends. And my mentor, Ms. Zhu Qianqian, also gave me a lot of help. Even though I had never been involved in any project before, she taught us the basic process of the entire project, from literature review, questionnaire research, field investigation and interview, questionnaire data analysis, to the final conclusion and recommendations. In addition, I would also like to thank my team members for their active cooperation, which made the final result so satisfactory.
For students who have never been involved in such projects, I would like to tell everyone that completing such a project is not as complicated as people imagine. Even if you have just started, the college will provide experienced teachers to teach you step by step. You will personally experience applying the knowledge you have learned in class to your real life, and also meet a group of like-minded friends. You will experience many meaningful things together. After the project is completed, you will often go out to eat and play together, which is also a great opportunity to meet new friends.
Compared to competitions like the Zhixing Cup, Challenge Cup, and Da Chuang that have been held for a long time, mathematical modeling competitions undoubtedly test people's willpower more. I participated in three mathematical modeling competitions in total. The first two times I chose the C question related to statistics, and the last time I chose the more open-ended B question. For topic selection, there may be more people choosing question C, so the competition will also be more intense; Question B is more open-ended and may require more ideas and thoughts compared to question C, which may reveal some ideas at a glance. The entire competition will be held within 3 days, and most teams may need to stay up late to fight. They may not sleep as much as they usually do in a day, which is a great test of one's mental and willpower. In addition, there will be many bottlenecks in the process, and the results may be completely illogical or contrary to the previous question. In such cases, it is even more important to persevere, as the rainbow after the rain will be even more beautiful and unforgettable. I would also like to thank my teammates for their hard work, which has brought my college life to the most perfect end.
In addition to academic competitions, the team competition of the last year's table tennis school sports meet also left a deep impression on me. The charm of team competitions lies in having a group of trusted teammates. When you compete on the field, they will cheer for you from below and provide you with advice and strategies; And when you are at a disadvantage, you also have a solid backing to trust; And when on the field, you will do your best to win that precious point for the team.

When I first entered university, I set a goal for myself to apply for graduate school admission. I devoted a considerable amount of time each semester to my studies, and as a result, I managed to secure the admission to our university without any major risks. For the experience related to recommendation for postgraduate studies, the most important factor is actually the GPA of the internal courses, which determines the majority of the final weight. In addition, there are also some competition bonus points, and the specific details can be found on the website of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Knowing in advance about some bonus points may have a positive effect on the final recommendation for graduate studies. The process of outsourcing may be relatively difficult as it involves exams from other schools' summer camps, so it is necessary to systematically review previously learned topics such as mathematics, calculus, and probability theory. I have been preparing for the review of relevant subjects from March to May, but I have always maintained a relatively good attitude (I am actually very satisfied with the recommendation to our university), and ultimately exceeded the target smoothly.
