Standing at the crossroads of graduation, my inner emotions surged. Looking back on my student life from undergraduate to graduate, I deeply realized that having reverence is an important guarantee for success.
Having reverence has given me the drive to complete every task well, as well as the perseverance to relentlessly pursue in repetitive work.
During my tenure as Vice Chairman of the School Student Union and Captain of the Youth Volunteer Service Team, I always adhered to the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance, and progress", leading the youth of the whole school to participate in public welfare practices. In just one year, I have organized and participated in over a hundred community and venue volunteer services, as well as various large-scale event volunteer services with my friends at Zhifu. I have led volunteers to accumulate tens of thousands of hours of service.
From 2018 to 2022, I participated wholeheartedly in five consecutive China International Import Expo sessions. In 2018, as the captain of the volunteer service team for the first CIIE, I led the team to participate in various tasks such as publicity, recruitment, training, job services, and logistical support for CIIE volunteers. With the original intention of assisting the CIIE, the "little leaves" of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and I have provided the highest quality volunteer services for the CIIE. It is the responsibility and commitment of this young person that has enabled the volunteers of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to receive praise from multiple parties for their outstanding performance. In 2019, at the second CIIE, I once again took up a volunteer service position, from being the "general manager" of the "Little Leaf" to becoming a proud long-term volunteer of the CIIE. I served in the VIP Security Center for more than 90 consecutive days, working diligently and without fail, and was once again praised for my excellent performance. In 2020, during the third CIIE, I was in a teaching classroom and led a team to bring the CIIE to children in the western region through remote live streaming, on-site online connections, and other methods; In 2021, at the fourth CIIE, I returned to the familiar CIIE park and once again built a bridge between the CIIE and Western children through live teaching; In 2022, as a senior "little leaf", I became a volunteer interviewer to select the best and most suitable volunteers for the school and the CIIE.
Although my identity keeps changing and my job responsibilities are constantly evolving, I still maintain reverence for every task and strive to do my best.
Holding reverence makes me love life even more, actively contribute, and manage a good teacher-student relationship while doing my job as a volunteer teacher.
In 2019, between direct recommendation for graduate studies and going to the western region to support teaching, I firmly chose to support teaching and become a teacher for the Western Plan, and took on the heavy responsibility of being the group leader. In July 2020, I entered Siyuan Experimental School in Yuanyang County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and began a one-year volunteer teaching service. Faced with the problems of weak learning foundation, a large number of left behind children, and insufficient teaching staff in the volunteer teaching area, three team members and I calmly responded, persevered, and delivered satisfactory answers to the students and the school with excellent performance. During my service period, I devoted myself wholeheartedly to teaching work and took the initiative to undertake the teaching work of the weakest foundation in first grade mathematics. Through unremitting efforts, I improved students' mathematical level; Become close friends with students, engage in rich and interesting extracurricular activities, and help children spread the wings of their dreams; Make every effort to connect with social love resources and solve life and learning problems for impoverished students and left behind children; In addition to my teaching work, I have also contributed my efforts to the management and construction of the schools I teach. To this day, I still maintain close contact with my students and help them grow stronger through scholarships and online guidance.
Holding reverence has always kept me humble, diligent, and serious, and has also given me the motivation to constantly surpass myself.
In my graduate studies, I devoted myself wholeheartedly to learning in order to set an example for my students in the western region. I listen attentively, take notes, and explore the essence of each course. At the same time, I also use my spare time to conduct in-depth research on issues of interest and try to apply what I have learned to practice. It is precisely this mentality and dedication that have enabled me to successfully achieve a full score of 4.0 in my entire discipline.
In my eyes, having reverence is a noble quality. It can keep us humble in times of success and persevere in times of setbacks, bringing us a lot of courage and gains in academics, work, and life. When it comes to the future, I will continue to hold a sense of awe because I know that only in this way can I maintain humility and courage, allowing myself to move steadily towards the future.

Experience and insights
At this point in my writing, on the occasion of graduation, I would also like to share with you some insights I have gained from my learning and growth process.
Firstly, maintain humility. When achieving results, always remind yourself not to be proud of success. Because nothing can guarantee success, we need to remain humble in success and not lose confidence in setbacks in order to keep moving forward.
Secondly, keep learning. In learning, one should always maintain curiosity and exploratory spirit, constantly expanding their knowledge and abilities. Only through continuous learning can one continuously improve their own qualities and lay a solid foundation for future development.
Thirdly, persist in doing what you enjoy. On the path of pursuing your dreams, you must persist in what you love. Only in this way can you maintain enthusiasm and motivation, persevere in the face of difficulties, and ultimately achieve your goals.
Fourth, be good at summarizing experience. Whether it's success or failure, we should summarize our experiences and lessons, learn from them, and constantly improve and enhance ourselves. Only in this way can we continue to make progress and reach higher peaks.
Finally, what I want to say is that having reverence is not a negative attitude, on the contrary, it is a positive and uplifting mental state.
