Years of student work have yielded countless rewards. The most intuitive are various practical work skills. To learn any skill, one must put it into practice and practice continuously in order to truly absorb it as one's own ability. Practice continuously in the pressure of work and internalize these skills into one's own ability. At the same time, the work habits developed unconsciously in student work will be fully utilized in the workplace, forming good work methods such as time management, closed-loop work, emotional management, and proactive communication. The various skills and abilities learned and exercised in work will become one's confidence, which is a manifestation of one's strength. With strength, confidence is a natural thing. Under the dual pressure of academic and student work, the first step is to enhance one's multitasking ability, establish a good schedule and plan, and make full use of time. Secondly, it is important to improve classroom efficiency, absorb and digest key knowledge, and solidify the foundation. Finally, it is important to enhance our focus. About employment
Recognize yourself and come prepared
After graduating from undergraduate studies, as a member of the graduate teaching support team, I went to Daozhen County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province with the team to carry out a one-year teaching support work. This experience has deeply planted a seed for me to go deep into the grassroots and get closer to the masses. It has also made me understand that there are vivid stories at the grassroots level, glorious and mission that have been inherited for a long time, and youth that needs to be shed with sweat and struggle.
I believe that when looking for a job, people may feel confused and uncertain about their employment direction, which is actually normal. There is no need to blindly follow the trend or be too anxious. Personally, when I was preparing for the civil service exam, I wasn't very clear about my goals. Last year in the first half of the year, my idea was to try out directions that I might be interested in and strive for a good summer internship or other employment opportunities. Unfortunately, due to insufficient preparation, I did not receive the desired summer internship offer.
Regarding job planning, I have considered three aspects based on my own personality. Firstly, in terms of personal character, being calm and mature is the label given to me by my friends. Secondly, I have a clear and organized approach to work and have many years of experience as a student leader. Secondly, in terms of career choice, the system has a high degree of adaptability for me personally, and I am able to pursue a balance between work and life. Thirdly, in terms of ideals and feelings, as a party member and also a member of the graduate student teaching support team who served at the grassroots level in the western region for one year, I hope to break out of the ivory tower with a new identity and perspective, integrate myself into the tide of the times, and truly serve the people from the masses. By comparing the characteristics and personal preferences of civil servants and enterprises, I have officially determined my plan for the civil service examination.
Many people only realize after starting work that they are not interested in the position and regret it; Some people also consider their interests as their job search intention, but later realize that they are not competent for this job, so I believe that interests and abilities are equally important when choosing a career. Both inside and outside the system have their own characteristics. Civil servants are relatively stable, while enterprises are relatively free and have greater income elasticity, but there is a risk of unemployment. It is also necessary to consider the issues of time cost and efficiency. If a large amount of time cost is invested in preparing for civil service exams and it is difficult to improve grades, continuing to spend time may actually result in lower efficiency. At this time, if you have time, you can consider preparing for your graduation thesis or finding a guaranteed job. Therefore, have a comprehensive understanding of yourself, do not blindly compare yourself, and do not underestimate yourself. After selecting a goal, one must be down-to-earth.
