The research group on "North Bund Cultural Construction Research - Discussion on the Renewal of Shanghai Neighborhoods" composed of teachers and students from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics has provided their suggestions for cultural construction and neighborhood renewal issues through solid field research, in-depth data mining, and diverse analysis, and has made their modest contribution to cultural inheritance in the new era. A professor from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University evaluated the achievements of the project team by combining the theories and methods of statistics, economics, and urban renewal disciplines well, demonstrating innovation in methods and good practical reference value in conclusions.
