Work Report
The exchange meeting between new and old students has been carefully planned and organized in the early stage, providing a platform for us as freshmen to communicate and interact with our senior students. We assisted in inviting guests, setting up the venue, and coordinating on-site arrangements. Seeing students attentively listening to the sharing of senior students, we felt a sense of mutual support.
During the "Reading Star" selection period, everyone is called upon to participate, collect submissions, and screen content together. When students' reading experiences are presented, when they communicate with each other and feel warmth and strength through reading, they feel that this promotion has meaning.
During the 14 day check-in period of the 'Dawn Plan', many students participated in the regular study schedule check-in together. We each perform our own duties, and the daily learning dynamics within the group have become small morning interactions. From individual persistence to mutual reminders, collective participation adds an extra layer of companionship to a regular routine.
When preparing for the STAT Fenghua Salon, we grouped and organized materials according to direction, and coordinated with guests. Unlike previous salons that focused on different majors, this year we boldly innovated and carefully created four series of salons for postgraduate entrance examination, recommendation for postgraduate studies, employment, and study abroad, categorized by future development directions. At the event, outstanding senior students from different fields shared their valuable experiences and exclusive insights with each other.
During the postgraduate entrance examination session, senior students analyzed in detail the strategies for selecting universities and the plans for reviewing majors; In the recommendation series, they unreservedly impart the key points for obtaining recommendation qualifications; In the employment sector, senior students combine their own job seeking experiences to reveal interview skills and workplace survival rules; The study abroad session will delve into the application process and key points of document writing. These valuable insights shared not only give us a clearer understanding of our future direction, but also help us understand how to work hard in different directions, laying a solid foundation for planning our career. After the activity, we received feedback from our classmates stating that they had "gained a lot", and our efforts have gained practical value and significance.
During the Mental Health Education Month, we carefully prepared five psychological support activities, covering the "Embark on Development, Communicate and Assist" psychological series support (3 sessions) and departmental support (2 sessions). The activity provides comprehensive social and communication guidance for students, from theoretical explanations to practical exercises. The students who participated in the activities gave feedback that these activities were like the "golden key" to open their hearts, helping everyone break through social difficulties, learn to express themselves freely, and gain full confidence and growth.

During the ice breaking activity, we quickly familiarized ourselves with the game. In the relaxed interaction, the unfamiliarity of the initial collaboration gradually dissipated, laying a natural communication foundation for subsequent collaborations.
Experience sharing session
The monthly birthday party is simple and warm, where everyone sits around to share a cake, send blessings, write greeting cards or play a few jokes, making members who are far away from their families feel the collective concern.
Spring Sutuo teamed up with sister departments to participate in activities, cooperating and taking care of each other during the process. After the event, they laughed and summarized together, which further enhanced the sense of closeness between departments.

Su Xin: One year at the Student Development Center was not only a journey of transformation for me from a novice to a versatile person, but also a journey of growth intertwined with warmth and emotion. When I first entered the Student Development Center, I was like a blank sheet of paper, full of enthusiasm but also naive. This year, my friends and I planned and held many activities together, from the enthusiastic anticipation of the new and old student exchange meeting, to the brainstorming of career planning month, to the heartwarming scene of mental health education month. Each activity was like a seed, which had somehow spread into an ivy climbing the heart wall. In these activities, I also learned a lot, such as writing tweets, The work of venue control, management of activity groups, and announcement release, every task starts with stumbling and ends with being able to independently and effectively complete it, I am very grateful for my learning and experience at the Student Development Center this year, as well as the care and help from every member. I hope that the Student Development Center can continue to be a beacon of growth for every student in the future, and I also wish the Student Development Center continued success!
Kang Jiayi: In this year's learning and development work, I have learned many new skills. Whether it's writing tweets, challenging myself to be a host, taking photos and recording events, etc., they have all helped me improve a lot. I am very grateful for everyone's companionship this year, and for the warmth and growth brought by Xuefa, which has given me many precious friendships and happiness.
Wang Zichen: This year's experience at the Student Development Center has given me a lot of growth. From planning career planning lectures to organizing sharing sessions, from coordinating departmental cooperation to independently completing work, I have not only honed my abilities in event organization and teamwork, but also learned to grow and progress together with my classmates in activities. Those warm and happy moments have become precious memories and a driving force for progress. Thank you for this stage that has allowed me to dare to try and grow rapidly. In my future learning life, I will continue to carry this passion forward.
Wang Yixuan: This year at the Student Development Center has been a fulfilling and warm journey of growth. When I first started working, I was full of anxiety, but thanks to the enthusiastic help of my colleagues, I quickly integrated into the team. When participating in the exchange meeting between new and old students, I, who was responsible for guest liaison, went from nervous to calm; In the "Reading Star" selection, I was deeply moved by the screening of articles; The day and night preparations for the salon, as well as the team's polishing process, are all aimed at bringing practical knowledge to the students. This year, I have developed my abilities through activities and gained friendships through collaboration. The Learning and Development Center is like a warm home, accommodating my shortcomings and witnessing my progress. In the future, I will continue to move forward with this strength and wish the Learning and Development Center continued success!
Hanni: The year I spent at the Student Development Center was like an extraordinary exploration journey, which allowed me to gain growth, warmth, and precious friendships, and also gave me a new understanding of campus life. From being flustered at the beginning to being proficient now, we have perfectly organized one theme event after another through continuous collaboration with each other. Overall, I am fortunate to have met everyone in our department, and I hope we can all become better and better in the future.
Zhuangzi Xuan: During my year at the Student Development Center, I gained a lot. Here, I received birthday wishes for the first time in college; During the process of organizing activities, I learned many practical skills and also attended lectures to acquire a lot of knowledge. I planned and executed many interesting activities with everyone, and also learned many tips for college life from my seniors. I am truly fortunate to have joined this department, which has enriched and brought joy to my freshman year.
Liu Guanjie: This year at the Student Development Center was undoubtedly a wonderful journey for me, who had just started college. With everyone's company, I gradually adapted to college life. In the activities organized by the department, we went from confusion and helplessness to proficiency, from the initial awkwardness and unfamiliarity in team collaboration to the later seamless understanding, from the initial flustered preparations to the later orderly progress. Song Ci: During my year at the Student Development Center, I gained friendship and growth. We held a series of lectures and activities, providing students with practical knowledge sharing and rich activity content. From the initial confusion when I started working to the current proficiency in handling work, I have become more familiar with my colleagues in the same department, gained a deeper personal experience in student work, improved my work skills and qualities, and also gained friendships. The daily routine of Xuefa consists of specific tasks without excessive embellishment, only a serious attitude towards work and a sincere atmosphere of coexistence. After being busy together and saying 'cheer' to each other, timely filling up positions during collaboration, and relaxed communication after the end, these details gradually converge into warm and plain memories of my college years.
