Part 3 Work Reflections
Zhu Yichen:
I am glad to have been able to work and coexist with everyone this year. I don't consider myself to be a very capable leader, and I stayed on during the election solely based on my passion. At that time, I often worried that there might be mistakes in my work and complaints from my colleagues due to my own shortcomings. But luckily, fate brought me to meet you - a group of lively, lovely, and responsible members who dispelled my original worries on the first ice breaking. From the welcome party to the Wen Yi Radio and the Statistical Impression Festival, the smooth holding of every event relies on the active cooperation and efforts of everyone. Of course, the most touching thing for me is undoubtedly the Golden Wings Cup. From being underestimated at the beginning, to being stuck in the final and ultimately returning the champion to the hands of the National Academy, I have been worried and overwhelmed during this period, but also touched and happy. The screenwriter polished version after version of the script, the director's serious expression during rehearsals, the actors never getting tired of repeatedly adjusting, the field control never worries at critical moments, and the shining figures of the prop team and other behind the scenes staff in the corners that the audience cannot see... all made me feel that choosing this year of literary continuation is the most correct decision I have ever made. Thank you to all the members, and also to everyone who participated in the cultural and artistic activities this year!
Zhong Miaomiao:
In my freshman year, it was like I was pressed the fast forward button! Looking back on this year, I have gained a lot of insights from my experiences in the art project team.
When I first entered the campus, with a longing and anxiety for college life, I stepped into the door of the art project team and met a group of like-minded partners. Their warm light dispelled my unfamiliarity and unease as a newcomer.
I remember a week before the welcome party, we were in the rehearsal room learning "Little Lamb Dance" in front of the computer screen. The movements were very simple, but I just couldn't remember them. Until all the lights in the auditorium went out, the fluorescent sticks on our wrists and ankles lit up in the darkness, and laughter and applause erupted from the audience, making this clumsy dance the happiest memory of the entire evening party. Later on, when I was working on Wen Yi Radio, I pondered deeply and even scratched my head before piecing together some seemingly cultured copy. Looking back now, those recordings that were NG countless times, those tweets that were changed until the early morning, have become the most precious marks of growth. During the Golden Wing Cup, my phone was filled with chat records with Taobao customer service. Can we issue an invoice? "" When will the shipment be made? "On the day of the final, while waiting backstage, I saw through the gaps in the screen our carefully prepared props shining brightly on stage. The actors were performing with deep affection and a great sense of achievement.
This year, I have witnessed too many warm moments: the minister tirelessly reminded us of various details and reminded us of various DDLs; The members actively took on the work and completed it conscientiously; During the Sutuo event, everyone played childish games without any image. These fragmented fragments pieced together my most precious memories of my freshman year.
I used to think that 'team spirit' was a vague word, but now I understand that it is hidden in every tacit understanding of mutual support, in every promise of 'I'll help you'. Thank you to the art project team for giving me, who used to be timid, the courage to shine in the darkness; Let me, who is accustomed to fighting alone, understand how beautiful the power of group images can be. The nights that were endured, the sweat that flowed, and the mistakes that were made ultimately turned into the warmest starlight on the path of growth. And I am fortunate to walk alongside such a lovely group of people.
Zhao Chen's language:
I have gained a lot from working in the art project team this year. I have improved my organizational and coordination skills by participating in the college freshmen admission ceremony and the preparation of the "Golden Wing Cup" drama performance. The rehearsal of the play has made me deeply realize the importance of teamwork, and every adjustment and improvement embodies everyone's hard work. During the preparation process for the freshman enrollment ceremony, I actively participated in program arrangement, stage setup, and process coordination, learning how to deal with unexpected situations and ensure the smooth progress of the event. Thanks to the warm collective of the art project team, I have continuously grown amidst busyness and challenges, and gained friendship and valuable experience.
Wang Yuqiao:
During this year, as the overall manager, I held a welcome party with everyone to enhance my organizational and communication skills. I also wrote tweets, sent official account, interviewed different students and established deep friendship with many people in the post station section. The scene of everyone playing games on the lawn in the warm spring and brainstorming solutions when facing difficult tasks together is still vivid in my mind. This semester, I rehearsed with everyone again and performed at the Golden Wing Cup, winning the first prize. When sharing the sense of honor with everyone, the excitement is unforgettable.
Li Zimo:
In this year of literature and art, I have gained a lot. At the New Year's Eve party, I was responsible for purchasing props. When the empty venue was filled with various colorful ribbons and balloons, shining brightly under the lights, I felt a sense of achievement for the first time. At Wen Yi Radio, I was responsible for shooting the image materials and searched the entire campus for the traces of cats. At the Golden Wings Cup, I did another challenging thing - as a director. Without experience, we worked together and boldly tried. Finally, with the efforts of everyone in the team, we won the first prize trophy. At this point, the art project team is no longer just a job for me, but more like a big family that belongs to us, a home full of a sense of belonging where we can laugh together, suffer together, solve problems together, and celebrate together.

Although the musical phrases have moved from the beginning to the end, each ending is also the beginning of a new chapter. This warmth will continue from our hands and be passed on to more people with fear and hope.
