The summer evening breeze blows the fragrance of parting. In the past year, Su Wenyu and Hu Ruiqi, two ministers of the Volunteer Project Group of the School of Statistics and Data Science, led their members (Huang Ziyang, Yu Wenle, Fan Zhenzhen, Wang Ruiyao, Huang Yixiang, He Yuqiao, Min Yijia, Wang Yige, Yang Keyue) to successfully promote multiple volunteer projects such as Lu Xun's Former Residence and Looking at the World. At the same time, the volunteer project team actively participated in campus cultural festivals, statistical impression festivals, and labor months, adding vitality and contributing to campus activities.

Volunteers transformed into "delivery superheroes", shuttling through shelves and organizing packages, providing convenience for students to pick up packages on a daily basis.

Volunteers came to Lu Xun's former residence at No. 10, Lane 132, Shanyin Road with admiration for their ancestors. After training under the guidance of professionals, they experienced the daily life of Mr. Lu Xun here and paid tribute to their ancestors.

The volunteer project team participated in setting up stalls and set up small games such as "What do you know about statistical knowledge" and "Bashi game".

Part 2 Team Building Situation

She said:
This year's work in the volunteer project team has left me with many unforgettable memories. The biggest gain is friendship. We participate in various activities organized by the Youth League, go out for team building together, and send birthday wishes to everyone. In addition, we also promote the selfless dedication spirit of volunteers, providing guarantees for their activities, shining brightly in the volunteer activities we are responsible for, and participating in shared bicycle activities together makes our campus cleaner and more beautiful.

I have gained a lot from working in the volunteer project team this year. Fate brought us together and met in the student union volunteer project group. Unconsciously, my freshman year is coming to an end. I remember that I wanted to join the volunteer project team maybe for the sake of two credits. Looking back on this year, it is obvious that I have gained more meaningful things. The most valuable thing is probably learning to get along with different people. Responsible for the work of Lu Xun's former residence, it is necessary to coordinate the time of classmates, communicate with the teachers of Lu Xun's former residence, and also communicate with the tourists who come to visit. I think it is meaningful to interact with so many different people. And I myself also gave lectures at the former residence of Lu Xun, telling his life and anecdotes. Each lecture made Lu Xun three-dimensional in my heart, like an article from a high school textbook, not to mention a writer who abandoned medicine for literature, but a vivid person, a loving father. I think this year has probably enriched my college life and I am grateful for everything I have encountered.

When I wrote this reflection, I was in the library during the Huangmei rainy season in Shanghai. The air was stuffy and humid, as if strolling on the streets of Guangzhou. I only finished watching Zhongwei before 9:30.
Typing the words' insights' in front of the computer, staring at the screen and pondering, I began to recall all the things I had done with the volunteer project team this year. From the initial acquaintance of the volunteer project team that was decisively written on the application form at the lecture, to the realization of truly joining the department's small family, to the awkwardness of personally leading volunteers and writing tweets for the first time, to the mixed feelings of leaving the department as my freshman year is coming to an end. I have to sigh at the passage of time. Even though we haven't known each other for long, beautiful experiences suddenly appear and disappear before our eyes, and we suddenly reach the intersection of farewell.
The volunteer project team is a stage, and as volunteers, dedication is the main theme. There are not many troubles here, nor is it complicated. I am working together with many enthusiastic and sincere members towards a common goal. Think about how to write good tweets, how to organize events, how to plan well, and how to record the busyness of volunteers. There are many difficulties encountered in work, and sometimes various DDLs can make one dizzy and disoriented. However, the sense of achievement gained after successfully completing them step by step is indescribable.
The volunteer project team is also a small family that warms people's hearts. Here, I met lovely ministers and excellent members. We will gather together during meetings, starting with discussing the volunteer projects we are responsible for, then sharing our experience in course selection, and finally sharing interesting life stories. The pure relationship and relaxed atmosphere are enjoyable. The Su department will gather a small group before each member's birthday to prepare how to surprise them on their birthday night. Of course, sometimes Su Bu may forget for a while and then make up for it after his birthday.
How can a volunteer help everyone? How many times do you volunteer, but provide services within your capabilities to those who can be helped or those around you. Whether it's helping to organize containers, standing guard, or volunteering as a tour guide, my personal strength is always limited and shallow, but this is my sincerity.
As someone who has contributed my strength and sweat to the volunteer project team, I am about to head elsewhere. But the end of this journey is the beginning of a new story. This is true for both myself and the new members who will join the volunteer project team in the future. I think in the future, more people from Shangcai will participate in volunteer project teams and volunteer activities, shedding their youthful sweat. As I wrote in a post, 'Passing on the torch through heart and hand', I would like to say: Thank you to every one of you who participated in this volunteer battle.
