On the afternoon of June 25, 2025, led by Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Statistics and Data Science at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Teacher Zhuang Mei, and undergraduate counselor Teacher Qu Lintong, a group of faculty and students from the college visited Shanghai Jiayin Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an enterprise open day exchange activity. The operation director of Jiayin Technology, Teacher Wang, senior graduate Yuanyuan from the 2021 management training program, and Teacher Li, responsible for campus recruitment and employer branding, participated in this event and engaged in extensive communication with faculty and students. Regarding the company's business, Mr. Wang provided a detailed explanation of how the company has achieved sustainable business growth through self-innovation and technological advancement, including the large-scale enhancement of customer experience and service efficiency driven by technology, and empowering institutional funding partners based on technological innovation. He also discussed the creation of a fully self-developed risk control system and an AI intelligent platform named "Chinese Style" to support business development. Furthermore, the company's core competitive advantages, current status of global business, consumer protection, and practical actions in corporate social responsibility were all explained. After introducing the company's business overview, Mr. Wang clarified the comprehensive compensation and benefits system and leisure activity facilities in the Jiayin Life section, fully demonstrating the company's business professionalism, sense of social responsibility, and employee care.

In the senior sharing session, Yueyue, a 2021 management trainee from Jiayin Technology, shared his workplace experiences with the classmates. During the company's recruitment introduction session, Teacher Li, the person in charge of Jialin campus recruitment and employer branding, elaborated on the Dream Jia Management Training Program and its cultivation methods, as well as the company's recruitment positions and application channels. At the end of the event, under the guidance of Teacher Li from Jiayin Technology, the faculty and students of our institute visited and discussed the company's office environment and leisure areas, gaining a deeper understanding of Jiayin Technology's "Party Building +" project and its specific philanthropic journey, which fully reflects the warmth of the enterprise. The honors and certificates on the display rack, along with the global strategic layout on the walls, enhanced the students' in-depth understanding of the company. In addition, the well-equipped office facilities, tea room, gym, and the beautiful scenery outside the office windows all left a deep impression on the students.
Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee, Teacher Zhuang Mei pointed out that this activity is a bilateral interaction between schools and enterprises in the digital age.
