上海财经大学统计与数据科学学院，前身统计学系始建于1946年，是学校最早设立的系科之一。2009年，统计与数据科学学院正式成立。
现有统计学一级学科，下设数理统计学、数据科学与统计应用、金融统计与风险管理、经济统计与经济计量四个学科方向，先后获批全国首批统计学一级学科博士学位授予点、首批应用统计专业学位授予点、首批统计学一级学科博士后流动站，并入选上海市重点学科、上海市高校一流学科（A类），在全国学科评估和专业学位评估中名列前茅。
学院拥有统计学、经济统计学、数据科学三个本科专业。2020年，统计学入选国家一流本科专业建设点。2022年，经济统计学入选国家一流本科专业建设点，数据科学与大数据技术（现更名为数据科学）入选省级一流本科专业建设点。

Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) is a premier research university in China with recognized strengths in Statistics, Finance & Economics, and Management Sciences. The School of Statistics and Data Science at SUFE is dedicated to advancing research across a broad spectrum of fields, including Statistics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Econometrics, Optimization, and Probability.
